VirtualBus A6C RC3.1 is now available

A new version of VirtualBus was released a few days ago.
The new features include:
- New destination sign management
- A new, more realistic, and more comprehensive interface for managing destination signs in the game
- Changes to the traffic light system, allowing for more possibilities
- Updates to the dashboard needle system
- Multiple bug fixes
